  11.               ARE YOU READY FOR SLAVE LABOR CAMPS?

  13.                 An analysis of House Bill HR 4079
  14.  
  15.    # Punishment of Thought Crimes
  16.    # Round up of Christians as Thought Criminals
  17.    # Concentration Camps
  18.    # Slave labor
  19.  
  20.    Here is a brief analysis of HR 4079 which is presently in
  21. House Committee:
  22.  
  23. IT'S DISGUISED AS SOMETHING RIGHTEOUS with a billing as "A Bill
  24. to Provide Swift and certain Punishment for Criminals in order
  25. to deter violent crime and rid America of illegal drug use."
  26. It's part of the government war on crime. Remember its past war
  27. on Communism? Who won it? Remember it's war on poverty which
  28. helped reduce America from the richest nation in the world to
  29. the world's largest debtor nation? "And no wonder, for even
  30. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is
  31. not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as
  32. servants of righteousness; WHOSE END SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THEIR
  33. DEEDS.: (II Cor. 11: 14, 15)
  34.  
  35. IT PROVIDES FOR CONCENTRATION CAMPS just as exist in Russia
  36. today. In Section 102 of the Bill it says:
  37.  
  38. "Section 102. Temporary Prison Facilities and Expanded capacity.
  39. (a) In General. In order to remove violent criminals from the
  40. streets and protect public safety, the Attorney General shall
  41. take such action as may be necessary, subject to appropriate
  42. security considerations, to ensure that sufficient facilities
  43. exist to house individuals whom the courts have incarcerated.
  44. During the period of the National Drug and Crime Emergency,
  45. these facilities may include tent housing and other shelters
  46. placed on available military bases and at other suitable
  47. locations. The President may direct the National Guard and the
  48. Army Corp of Engineers to design and construct such temporary
  49. detention facilities."

  51. IT PROVIDES FOR SLAVE LABOR!
  52.  
  53. "Subtitle C Section 131. Mandatory work requirements for all
  54. prisoners. (a) In General. It is the policy of the Federal
  55. Government that convicted prisoners in Federal prisons, jails,
  56. and other detention facilities shall work. The type of work in
  57. which they will be involved shall be dictated by appropriate
  58. security considerations and by the health of the prisoner
  59. involved. Such labor may include, but not be limited to--(A)
  60. local public works projects and infrastructure repaired; (B)
  61. construction of new prisons and other detention facilities; (C)
  62. Prison Industries; and (D) other appropriate labor."

  64. Note the open end phrase "other appropriate labor" could include
  65. anything from work in Siberian salt mines to hazardous waste
  66. dumps.
  67.  
  68. Next in the bill we can read how select entities can
  69. conveniently prosper from the slave labor.
  70.  
  71. "Paragraph 4041. Private construction and operation of Federal
  72. prisons. (a) In General. The Attorney General may contract with
  73. private persons to (1) construct, own, and operate Federal
  74. prison facilities, or (2) construct or operate Federal prison
  75. facilities owned by the United States, including proper
  76. employment of United States prisoners....(4) In order to gain
  77. full cost advantages from economics of scale and specialized
  78. knowledge from private innovation, the Attorney General may
  79. contract with consortia or teams of private firms to design,
  80. construct, and manage, as well as finance prison facilities."

  82. GUESS WHO ARE THE INTENDED "GUESTS" OF THE SLAVE LABOR CAMPS
  83.  
  84. Criminals, of course, but the definition of a criminal becomes
  85. somewhat relative in a Judeo-Christian society. The Jews
  86. considered Jesus Christ a criminal and hunted down and
  87. imprisoned Christians as criminals. Jewish aides write the
  88. legislation on Capitol Hill today and retained the same
  89. definition. In Section D under definition we read:
  90.  
  91. "For purposes of this Act, (1) the term crime of violence
  92. against a person means a Federal offense that is a felony and
  93. (A) has an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of
  94. physical force against the person or property of another; or (B)
  95. that by its nature, involves a substantial risk that physical
  96. force against the person or property of another may be used in
  97. the course of committing the offense; and (C) for which a
  98. maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years or more is prescribed
  99. by law..."

  101. NOTE: The crime of violence has to be a Federal offense which is
  102. a felony with a ten year or more prison sentence. This excludes
  103. such crimes as murder, rape, manslaughter and most theft as
  104. these are not federal offenses. The alleged crimes that fit this
  105. category would be Genocide laws, Sedition and Conspiracy laws,
  106. and "hate" laws that are being proposed for America. The bill
  107. then provides for George Orwell's thought crimes with such
  108. phrases as "threatened use of physical force" and "involves a
  109. substantial risk that physical force--may be used". In
  110. otherwords, just the potential threat or thought can make one a
  111. criminal.
  112.  
  113. For American men to stand up and say, "We've allowed a lot of
  114. things in America but we will not allow Communist slave labor
  115. Concentration Camps on our soil for our children and
  116. grandchildren to face" would be a crime, i.e., the statement
  117. implies there is a substantial possibility physical force may be
  118. used. Even the printing or passing out of such booklets on gun
  119. control could put one in a concentration camp.
  120.  
  121. THE VERY FOUNDATION PREMISE OF THE BILL IS UNAMERICAN AND
  122. UNCHRISTIAN!
  123.  
  124. In Section 3 "Findings and Declarations of National Drug and
  125. Crime Emergency" we read:
  126.  
  127. "Next to preserving the national security, protecting the
  128. personal security of individual Americans, especially children,
  129. by enacting and enforcing laws against criminal behavior is the
  130. most important single function of government."
  131.  
  132. This simply is not true. Our Declaration of Independence states:
  133.  
  134. "We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are
  135. created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with
  136. certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty
  137. and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights,
  138. Governments are instituted by Men, deriving their just powers
  139. from the consent of the governed."
  140.  
  141. Christian Government is to secure these God-given rights, not to
  142. give citizens security from thought crimes labeled "criminal
  143. behavior".
  144.  
  145.                        WHAT IS HAPPENING?
  146.  
  147. Talmudic, Communist criminals who hate the freedom and liberty
  148. offered through Christian America, continue to infringe upon our
  149. God-given rights and to promote slavery. Sensing a political
  150. backlash and wrath of God, they and their lackeys are attempting
  151. to protect their personal security against justified Christian
  152. America which they bill as "criminal behavior".
  153.  
  154. They continue towards their goal of rebuilding Babel called
  155. Globalism or one-world government. To do this there must be a
  156. merger between the U.S.S.R. and the U.S.A. which requires the
  157. equalizing of both by the one-worlders. Thus U.S.S.R.'s economy
  158. requires more boosting, and the U.S.A. economy must be lowered
  159. still more. Both the military and foreign policy must be
  160. equalized but what about domestic policy? Russia still has her
  161. slave labor camps, concentration camps, thought criminals, and
  162. persecution of Christians. They think America will too if they
  163. can pass House Bill HR-4079 or Senate Bill 2245.

  165.                            WHAT TO DO?
  166.  
  167. Contact your congressman NOW and demand he works adamantly
  168. against these bills. Order the book "EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO
  169. KNOW (AND PREACHERS WERE AFRAID TO TELL YOU) ABOUT GUN CONTROL.
  170. And be prepared to exercise your Second Amendment Right!
